Project scope and working arrangements.
Here’s what we’ll agree before work begins, so you know where you stand.
The website and the price.
Your written project agreement should list the pages, features, content responsibilities, total price and any paid extras. The standard three-page package is £500; the winter price is £300 for projects agreed by 1 January 2027.
The payment plan.
£150 is due upfront, with the remaining balance due on completion. On the winter package, that means £150 upfront and £150 on completion. Cancellation, refund and sign-off arrangements need to be agreed in writing before payment.
The one-week turnaround.
For the three-page package, the week starts once the deposit, agreed brief and required content are received. Added scope or delayed content and feedback can affect the date.
Your two rounds of edits.
Send a combined list of feedback for each round. Small edits cover wording, colours, supplied images and minor layout tweaks within the agreed design. Extra pages, new features, a different design direction and further revisions are quoted separately.
Your domain and hosting.
The first year of your agreed domain and hosting are included. The domain should be registered in your name. Renewal arrangements and costs after year one, plus any email or paid tools, will be confirmed before work starts.
Content, handover and future changes.
We’ll agree who provides photos, logos and wording, check permission to use supplied material and confirm access and handover arrangements. Later updates and ongoing support need their own agreed scope.
