Yes, updates can be discussed and quoted separately, or included in an agreed arrangement. No maintenance subscription is assumed.

Yes, we can review it first. Whether it is best to improve the existing site or rebuild depends on its platform, access and the changes you need.

No. Search-friendly structure and useful content help build a foundation, but no ranking, traffic level or enquiry total is guaranteed.

The agreed scope can cover page titles, descriptions, headings, image descriptions, internal links, accurate service-area content and a sitemap. Search Console setup and ongoing measurement must be agreed separately.
